Job Description:
Position Purpose: These positions are responsible for a variety of administrative functions specific to each department. Common tasks include invoicing; data entry; reviewing; reconciliation of accounts; inventory tracking; file updates; purchase order tracking; production reporting; invoice and receive matching; document review; filing; copying, business correspondence, answering or making business calls; and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
These duties are designated as ADA Essential Functions and must be performed in this job.
Heavy computer use primarily using MS Office software (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) and specific software linked to the individual position or department (i.e. Dayforce, CMMS, etc.).
Data entry, data compilation, data reconciliation. Evaluate all data for accuracy.
Manage department inventory.
Maintain Action Plan logs and KPI measurements.
Make and receive business calls up to and including collection calls.
General office support such as covering reception desk, making copies, filing, etc
Responsible for general upkeep on all databases and Crystal Reports as applicable.
Create and distribute weekly or monthly reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong communication skills, customer service attitude and be a team player.Non-Essential Functions
These duties are secondary in nature and are not classified as ADA essential.
Back up other office positions as requested.Working Environment: (1) Inside 100%, average temperature (2) Outside 0%. Personal Protective Equipment Required: All PPE is required during inventory and/or visiting the plant locations. (1) Eye Protection. (2) Hearing Protection. (3) Gloves (4) Approved Footwear (no open toes or heels). (5) Safety Vest, (6) TBD

Physical Demands: This position requires constant use of hands, arms, and wrists in repetitive motions. Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Occasional lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling more than 10 lbs.

Skills: (1) must have excellent hand eye coordination. Use vision/hearing continuously. Reading and speech required to communicate comprehension of Job Hazard Analysis, specific positional duties, monthly safety training, etc. Employee must be self-directed in identifying and efficiently completing each task. Ability to prioritize, organize, and make necessary decisions

Safety: (1) Attend monthly safety trainings. (2) Recommend employee involvement in Safety Committee activities. (3) Always use proper body mechanics. (4) Use proper PPE (gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, pulling gloves, safety vest). (5) Be aware of, and communicate with, your co-workers at all times. (6) Will be required to read and write during safety training.
JOB REQUIREMENTSEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
